Sound and Soul Connection Circle

In this gathering, we’ll begin by arriving together — settling in with a brief, intentional check-in, light breathwork, and a guided meditation to help the body and mind slow down and soften.

From there, a few moments of individual Reiki support are offered to each guest as you remain comfortably settled on your mat. This is followed by a chakra-based sound experience using crystal singing bowls and simple mantras, allowing vibration and rhythm to support relaxation and awareness.

Throughout the evening, the focus is on moving slowly, listening inward, and allowing the nervous system to settle in its own time — without effort or expectation.

This is a space to simply be — no performance, no pressure, no need to fix or achieve anything. Whether you’re new to these practices or have been on this path for some time, you are warmly welcome just as you are.
