In this gathering, we’ll begin with light breathwork/meditation to calm the mind and open the heart. From there, you’ll be invited to simply settle in and receive the healing vibrations of a soothing sound bath with guided mantras—supporting release, regulation, and restoration of the nervous system.

This is a space to simply be—no expectations, no performance, no need to “fix” anything. Whether you’re brand new to this kind of practice or a seasoned traveler on your healing path, you are warmly welcome here.
