Sound and Soul Connection Circle - WINTER SOLSTICE

Winter Solstice is a time for honoring the transition from darkness to light, renewal and rebirth, and inner reflection. The focus of this Circle will be letting go and shedding old, unhelpful patterns, beliefs, and attitudes and stepping into your raw, unfiltered, authentic self.

Join us for our Monthly Connection Circle & Soundbath. This nurturing and supportive gathering includes light breathwork with guided mantras and a soothing soundbath experience. Connect with like-minded individuals, release, relax, and renew your spirit in this monthly offering. Whether you are new to this work or well-established in your practice, all are welcome here.
