Client-Centered Counseling

Service Description

Super excited to be expanding and accepting clients for clinical mental health counseling! I am currently in my practicum and working under supervision as a student counselor. I can accept new clients through Umbrella Counseling and Wellness, or you can request a booking here and we can discuss the logistics during our consult. I provide individual and group counseling for adults ages 18+ and adolescents on a case-by-case basis. I take a holistic, client-centered approach to healing using theories such as attachment and inner child work, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based therapies. Additionally, I plan to work in psychedelic-assisted therapies after graduation. I see therapy as a courageous act of fostering genuine acceptance of the complexities that make us the unique individuals we are. I strive to provide a safe and welcoming environment in which to begin this journey toward one’s authentic self. While working together, you will direct your sessions with me as your guide to find tools for self-empowerment and energetic centering. I firmly believe that each client has access, and the potential to access everything they need within themselves, through supportive and compassionate guidance and skill building. We will work together to identify limitations and barriers and build the tools necessary to move through them with grace and compassion. Appointments can be in person at the office, or via telehealth. Fees and payments will vary based on insurance and the scale set by the supervising agency.
