Client-Centered Counseling

Service Description

The calendar may appear booked out, but please email, call, or text me for a free consult! I provide individual and group counseling for adults ages 18+ and adolescents on a case-by-case basis. I take a holistic, client-centered approach to healing using theories such as attachment and inner child work, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based therapies. I see therapy as a courageous act of fostering genuine acceptance of the complexities that make us the unique individuals we are. I strive to provide a safe and welcoming environment in which to begin this journey toward embracing one’s authentic self. While working together, you will direct your sessions with me as your guide to finding tools for self-empowerment and energetic centering. I firmly believe that each client has access to and the potential to access everything they need within themselves through supportive and compassionate guidance and skill building. We will work together to identify limitations and barriers and build the tools necessary to move through them with grace and compassion. Appointments can be in person or via telehealth. Price is $150 per 50-minute session. Please reach out if this is a barrier for you as I do offer some limited adjusted rate slots for weekly clients.
