Insight Reiki

Service Description

Insight reiki offers deeper guidance and includes a discussion of what comes up emotionally or intellectually during the energy work. After a 45-minute session, we will spend 30-45 minutes processing and integrating the deeper parts of the work. Most clients benefit from this as it feels a bit like a counseling or mentoring conversation about what to do with whatever arises during the energy exchange. Alternatively, some clients prefer to talk prior to the energy work, to calm and release mental blocks and assist in directing the energy. Due to the nature of this work, I require a consultation before approving the appointment, as well as a 50% deposit. If booked, I will reach out to you via text or email to confirm a consult time and accept the deposit.
