Service Description

What is Insight Reiki? Insight Reiki combines Reiki energy work with reflective conversation. This practice helps you explore what arises emotionally, mentally, or spiritually during the session, and provides support in integrating those insights into daily life. What to Expect Energy Work (45–60 minutes): Reiki to open, clear, and restore balance. Integration & Sharing (30–45 minutes): A supportive dialogue where you may reflect on what emerged. This is a space for personal insight and grounding — similar to coaching or mentoring — but it is not counseling. Some clients prefer to begin with conversation to quiet the mind, while others choose to reflect afterward as a way to integrate. Both approaches are welcome. Booking & Payment Because Insight Reiki is a deeper practice, a consultation is required before booking to ensure it’s the right fit. After approval, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The cost is $225 for 90 minutes. I offer a limited number of adjusted-rate (sliding-scale) sessions for recurring clients (bi-weekly/monthly). Please reach out if finances are a barrier. Payment is accepted via Venmo or Zelle to Cherrielee Slead. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Disclaimer Insight Reiki is a supportive practice that combines energy healing with reflective conversation. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and should not replace professional mental health or medical care. While reflective dialogue may feel therapeutic, this service is focused on personal growth and spiritual integration, not clinical treatment. If you are currently receiving counseling services with me and would prefer to keep Reiki and therapy separate, I am happy to provide referrals to other Reiki practitioners in the community.
