Service Description

Guided one-on-one coaching for reframing thinking patterns and overcoming scarcity mindset. We will work to identify thinking that works and what is holding you back. We will develop strategies for overcoming self-limiting beliefs and use a variety of techniques to put strategy into action. A large part of this work is integrating various dimensions of yourself including but not limited to mental, emotional, and spiritual states. This is a very personalized service and is hard to define since it is case by case. I require that all clients interested in this work, book a free consultation before booking. You can book a free consultation under the offerings page. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology and like to incorporate this knowledge into our work together. This is NOT mental health counseling, but I can offer guidance and information based on my academic background. I am also trained and licensed in Washington State for Substance Use Disorders and can assist in resource navigation for struggling addicts.  Price is $150/hr. Please reach out if this is a barrier for you, and we can see what we can do to make it work. I offer limited adjusted rates for weekly clients. Payment Accepted: Zelle, Venmo, or Square (5% fee for Debit Transactions)
